SWICON is a flagship International Technical conference organized once every four years by IEEMA's SwitchgearDivision. Since its inceptionin 1984, SWICON has served as a distinguishedplatform for industry professionals, technologists, utilities, researchers, policymakers, and academics to exchange ideas, showcase innovations, and discuss challengesin the domain of switchgearand controlgeartechnologies

The 11th edition, SWICON 2025, is centred around the theme:
